We are looking for someone to join our team as a business operations manager who is specifically responsible for generating new business and clients for Finesse. We are looking for someone who has a network of established partnerships within the Hospitality and Events sector. You will leverage these relationships to be an advocate for Finesse Models skilfully negotiating and communicating, able to articulate the value of selecting Finesse to support them at events.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

• Generating/finding/managing potential leads (criteria will be provided)

• Developing a clear understanding of the target audience and building databases of key accounts and decision makers in our addressable market

• Develop strategies that convert the target audience to take action with us.

• Tracking and following up leads.

• Manage day to day business relationships, and proactively and autonomously negotiates costs.

• Uses data to identify trends, opportunities and risks and translate those insights into actions to drive long-term growth.

• Communicate with the staff management so that they can select staff profiles to present to clients.

• Experience in client relations and management.

• Someone with interests, ideas and the ability to scale and grow a business.

• Someone with passion for managing high value clients and a different personality types with staff.

• Someone understanding and caring for both clients and staff.

 

Relevant experience in the above fields are desirable but not essential. We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and driven individual who is eager to grow with our agency.

 

Salary negotiable starting at 18k per year
